Upsert datetime with timezone using OData API

Hi All,

I am looking to upsert a date time field with timezone using the following expression /Date(1569781800000-0530)/. But API is giving the following error.

Illegal datetime format /Date(1552156200000+0530)/

Please suggest how to upsert datetime with timezone in the OData API.
