You could make use of LSMW tool which help you in migrating transactional data to SAP system.

The tcode is LSMW.

This can be done via a RFC function module which will update the SAP tables or transactions.

you can do your recording in SHDB program and upload transactional data

or use LSMW.. go thorugh the below link which contains screen shots.

thanku very much ssairam it is usefulfor me ,but i want to upload transactional master data means entries to the particular accounts i think it will possible through bdc,can u provide the information regarding this it will defenetly help ful me thanks in advance.

You can do it by Using RFBIBL00 or by Creating your own Progarm.
