it is giving error

tiff format error:no base line tiff file 6.0

This error is due the error in the file. So ask the user for the correct file format.

it is well known error, if you browse it in forum you can see so many posts.

and for this

i think the image is in different format other than (TIFF). you converted that image to TIFF.

and uploaded , you got the error.

open the image using the Adobe Photo shop or some Photo Editor and Save the Image as TIFF file and then upload it using the SE78 or rstxldmc

But remember Don't alter any attributes after converting the image to tiff file, directly upload without any alterations.

I think the problem is with the version u r using. What is the version of ur tiff. May be if u install latest version u will not get this type of error.

which version of sap you r using, if you r using higher version from 4.6 onwards than directly you can upload any extension file, no need to go for .tiff format only.

so convert it into jpeg or jpg and upload it.i hope it ll work.
