Upload into application server.

Hi,

I need to upload a excel file to a location in the Application server, and read the file content by using open dataset in my own program, is there any standard transaction through which i can upload the file into the application server.

You can use t/code CG3Y to download a file from application server to presentation server and t/code CG3Z to upload a file to a application server from presentation server.

use transaction AL11 to see file in application server
