upload data from one dev.client to other dev. client

Dear gurus,

I want transfer the data ( records ) from one development client to another development client with same table structure available in the both client.

Provide any idea to do the needful.

if data is more write a upload program..........

FM : Gui_Upload

else trasport the entries from 1 client to other client........

basis will help u...
