Dear all

I have done a dialog programming to update material master (mbew) , guide me . updating master table is advisable? , tell me how to update master , can i pass the value to standard table directly? im confusd with this , help me

Quick answer:

1. It is not advisable to update SAP standard tables.

2. do not pass value directly to SAP standard table

3. there's a BAPI -> BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA to save material master valuation data.
