Hi,

With XD01 you can create all the views(general data, sales, accounting). With VD01 you can create only sales data and FD01 only accounting data.

If customer exist and if you want to create either accounting data or sales data you can use respective transactions. Similary same with XK01, VK01 with Vendors.

Hi,

Are you looking field GBSTK in table VBUK?

If this field is not equal to 'C' then it means an open sales order.
