Update cost estimate itemization

Hi Guru:

We plan the cos testimate outside ECC.

So, is there anyway to update the the cost estimate itemization with ABAP?

I only find a BAPI to read the cost estimate itemization BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_ITEMIZATION.

Simply saying, I want to update the COPC cost estimate with an abap program.
