unable to dispatch transactional data using message control technique

hi,

    my requirement is to automatically dispatch the transactional data whenever it is changed or created to receiver system using MESSAGE CONTROL.

I have created conditional record in NACA for purchase organization.Eventhough the purchase order is created/changed the data unable to find in receiver system.(MESSAGE TYPE:ORDERS,BASIC TYPE:ORDERS05,PROCESS CODE:ORDR)...please any one can suggest me...---PNK
