TRUST entry does not exist when Switch Digital content

Dear all !

After run Report RTCCTOOL, I follow the recommend to Activate the

Digital content.. on my PRD but it has an error below

"TRUST entry does not exist"

4. [Note 69455 ] Switch on digital content verification

Description Switch on Digital content verification for

recommendations

of SAP Service prep. check (RTCCTOOL).

Implementation From the menu choose "Goto->Digital signatures" and

press "Activate".

Did you see it before ? I have read the infor in note 69455 but it's doesn't said why i met this error.

This  question should have been created in a different forum as this has no relation to the database whatsoever, so you may want to move it to the correct forum or create a new thread and close this one. As you wish.

In any case, I would recommend you to follow the steps in SAP Note:

As this error usually comes up when there are missing profile parameters or perhaps a spelling mistake was made.
