triggering event - start business workflow

Hi,

I have developed an business workflow which should start if a "transfer order" (Logistic Execution) was created.

If I create an event (manual) to start the business workflow (BUS2018) it works fine, but if I create a "transfer order" it doesn't work (no event where created).

I have coupled (and activated) the event to the workflow (transaction SWETYPV). Whats the reason? Any idea?

Hi,

1. Go to Transaction SWU0 --> Give your BOR name and event ---> F8.

2. It will displays what are wll the WF's Triggered based on this BOR.

3. Check the "Potentially Started" ---> here your wf number is there means your wf triggered correctly.

the workflow triggered correctly in SWU0. Is there an possibility to customize the relation between BUS2018 an the "creation of a transfer order"?
