Transportation problem

Hi!

There was a transaction code created for a program in the development system and the same being transported to the quality system by creating a NEW REQUEST (SE01).

I am able see the T.C in quality system while the end user is not able to see this.

can you please let me know as to what could be the reason.

U need to transport from quality to production then only end user can see it.

Thx for the reply, The end user is checking this Quality and not finding it there, can you pls tell me as to why this has to go to production for her to see this in Quality.

Next step would be check the transport log for that transport in SE09.

And the return code and message for that transport for Quality system. If that transport ended with errors then you need to import the tranport once again. check that status.

It is not necessary to move the T-CODE to Production for the user to use it in Quality.

Can you execute the t-code?

If one can and the other cant its a authorization issue. Please check the users authorizations.

I am not sure as what you are using the second character. The first definitely a 'Z' or 'Y' and i am assuming there is some restrictions to the second as well.

First of all where exactly that end user is checking this tcode you find out that?

Secondly if they were looking in the correct environment where you moved the tranpsort then check authorization whether the user is having the authorization or not?
