i want to transport one program from development system to test system.
so could anybody help me in this aspect????

Hi
Generate a Transport request for the program in the Dev client or from the client where you wants to transport
then release the request and transport this to another ystems using the STMS

Hello,
GO to Tcode SE09 and list all the TR's related to that object.
Select the TR and click realease button which will looks like truck icon.
So this will moved to the Queue to import to Q system.
May in ur company a program will run to import the TR to Test every half an hour. Check this with ur basis team.

hi abhilash,
u have to go to either SE09 or SE10.
There u can find the request number in the modifiable status.
first u have to release the task and then release the object.
if u have released that u can see the tick mark and the object will come under released status.

when you save your object in a development package then you will be getting a request no. depending on that you will be releasing the object.
1 click on the utilities buttn on the tool bar .
2 then click on the versions button
3 then on version managment button
4 there you will have your request no double click it
5 then you will enter a table format there you will click the truck button
6 then your object is released
or you can release it from se09 by having the request number
in that you have to release the task first then the request number
