Hi,
I have some requests released from Development to Quality. In those requests 2 requests are transported with some errors in that. Now i need to move these requests to production.
Let me if i can move all the requests (including the error ones) to production or i can ignore the error requests and move only the success ones.
the sequence of requests from develpoment to quality is as below.
1)DEV001 - tranported with some errors
2)DEV002 - transported successfully
3)DEV003 - tranported with some errors
4)DEV004 - transported successfully
5)DEV005 - transported successfully
6)DEV006 - tranported with some errors
7)DEV007 - transported successfully
8)DEV008 - transported successfully
Now let me know the requests to be tranported to production server.
Regards,
Ramesh

Hi Ram mohan,,
First check the dependencies of those requests...
Try to see why those request are failed to import into quality..u can see the import log for those reuests in quality...
Then in development u correct those requets...and import to quality...then move all request to production...
Cheers,
Ravi

Hi,
I have checked for the errors and so created new requests. Now my question is whether i can ignore the requests with error messages and transport only the successful one.

Hi Ram,
So ,now u can import all the requests succesfully into Quality..right??/
Better my suggestion is Reimport all those requests again in the same order(which u mentioned)...into quality...and then transport to production...
While importing the succesful request again into quality, dont foget to check the check box "import again" ....
Cheers,
Ravi

Hi Ram,
In Your quality system.
Goto /nSTMS
goto screen where u can see all requests...
In menu bar EXTRAS>OTHERREQUESTS>ADD
Now it will ask for the request to be imported..
enter the "request number" and "target client" and check the "check box"...and press enter..
Now ur requests will appear again with green bullet( i mean it will be added to the import queue)..
Now u can do the normal procudeure(clik on truck button etc)..
Do the same process for all requests..(i think u can add mutiple request at a time..check there)...
Cheers,
ravi
