Hi,

Workbench request is created for development objects like programs, transaction code, module dialog, screen etc.

Customizing request is created when you do customzing activities in SPRO. Customizing requests are created for IMG activities.

Workbench requests are the requests created by us ABAPERs for transporting the development change to any other server in our 3-tier landscape while the

customisation request are generated by functional people when there are changes made in the config in spro transaction.

customizing request: this gets created even when you are maintaining any tables also apart from your SPRO settings.

workbench request: mainly abapers generate this for a scratch developmet

change request: well understood from the word itself. if any changes made to the existing object
