In scc4 i have selected an option ''changes without automatic recording ,no transports allowed "

still it ask for transport request when i make changes in workflow .

Check with your basis consultant if anything else is missing.

Hi,

Try to change the settings for the client in SALE transaction....

There you will have authorizations at the client system level
