i have list of transport request.but how should i find out for what purpose perticular request is used.

What is ur requirement first?

What are all u developed objects those are all stored in requests, u can find the programs, tables, etc..through the request number and short text of that request.

Check which object is attached to the transport request. You can refer Table E070 and E071.

Open that object and using Version Management you can check what changes was made in that object

Goto SE09 / SE10

Click the Display button.

The list of Workbench ( Workbench request )Customizing ( Customizing request) are shown.

In the list you find the Details for the transport request with each transport request.
