Transport Request

Hii All-

I had a long list of objects in a transport request which has to be deleted for some reason. I want to assign all the objects like tables, data elemnts and domains to the new created transprt request. How to achivee that?

Include the tasks of the old transport request in your new transport request. All the objects in the earlier request will come automatically into the new request.

Hi Shakir,

go to SE01 and open the transport request.

from here you can RE-ASSIGN the objects from one transport request to another request.

Hi ,

You can delete your object in request through se09.Choose your request and look for your object in request and now place ur cursor on object and press delete button on appliocation toolbar.

HI,

you can move the objects from one transport requests to another transport request, this is possible, check in SE01,

if you delete the object from a transport, then activate that object, then by default the object will be come under that tranport request only, so better move the objects from 1 transport request to another request

Hi,

Create a new request..

Add objects by specifying program id and object type...

and object name.....

In program id:R3TR

object type: PROG (for reports)

TABL(table)

DTEL(Data element)

Object name: specify program name and table name

Or....

USe se03 transcation and do it...

Whereas the first one is preferrable.....
