Transport Request missing the Subobjects - Please read the issue carefully.

Hi Experts

Please see the below scenario:

I have a Program, in that has some INCLUDEs, each of which has numerous Sub-includes!

ZREPA

ZINCL1

ZSUBINCL1_1

ZSUBINCL1_2

ZSUBINCL1_3

ZSUBINCL1_4

ZSUBINCL1_5

ZSUBINCL1_6

ZINCL2

ZSUBINCL2_1

ZSUBINCL2_2

ZSUBINCL2_3

ZSUBINCL2_4

ZSUBINCL2_5

ZSUBINCL2_6

The INCLUDEs - ZINCL1 and ZINCL2 belong to package ZPKG.

Now the issue is:

I have to transport the changes on the ZREPA object and I have generated the CO/Data Files of the Request. But the Client tells that he misses the SUBINCLUDEs of the main INCLUDEs (ZINCL1 and ZINCL2) in the CO/Data Files of the Transport Request.

How can I fix this issue?

Try checking whether all the includes and subincludes are active and are under the changed request number.

Hi Harini

The Object ZREPA is active at our end. Also I verified that all INCLUDEs and SUBINCLUDEs are active. My Query is how can I ensure that all the necessary INCLUDEs and SUBINCLUDEs are attached to the TR?

You can ensure it by looking at objects included under that TR and compare it with your program's includes. It's not about active or inactive, it's about whether the objects are inside the TR or not.

Hi

If you have report to check the list objects assigned then run it and find.

Check the version management of each include manually.

I think your reply goes out of scope of my question.

I have already mentioned: The INCLUDEs - ZINCL1 and ZINCL2 belong to package ZPKG. and If I include the objects of the entire PACKAGE, will the Problem be solved or will it lead to any other issue?

One more imp. thing... the SUBINCLUDEs are System Defined!

Plz let me know!

Hi

Goto SE09, check the released TR for all the objects included in it.

There may be chance of missing the objects or assigned to some other TR.

Also check the version management of the missing objects.

Those objects are not assigned to any other TR.

Please tell me, if I can use the INCLUDE OBJECT facility?

If I include the objects of the entire PACKAGE, will the Problem be solved or will it lead to any other issue?
