Transport Request Doc Editor

hi,

a complex situation...

i want to create a prompt to a user who tries to release a Transport request through SE09/SE10,

now in SE09/SE10 when you db-click the request it takes you to a tab named Documentation, where you can enter the desciption about the request,

what i want is whenever a user tries to release a request, it should take him to that Documentation tab to enter a short desciption.

is it possible,

I think it automatically do that. At least for me... Just check yours also. If not there might be some settings which enables it.

I think this can be done using variant transaction (SHD1). Make documentation obligatory and assign to users profile.

hi Aditya,

I guess whenever you release a request it takes you to the documentation tab i believe ... so the requirement that you are asking is already existing look at the settings ...
