When am creating a TRN, 2 numbers are generated. What these two stand for? Why two numbers are generated?

Hi,
One is transport request and other is task. If you use thsi transport number work on any objects all the objetc will be under task inturn it will be in transport.

First on the node is Request Number
Under this there will be a task number assigned to this.
In the task all the data content will be stored .
So when releasing the TR we release the task first and then the TR.
You will understand slowly once you see the updations in to the TR .

Hi ,
When we create Tr we will get 2 numbers.
Parent one is Request number.
Under this we get task number.
so what ever changes we made and saved will be stored under task number.
Suppose if we are working for complexity object and some 3 people are involved in that object means for the same object 3 tasks will be created for every username.
so under 1 request number they can save changes but each user's changes will be saved under different task number.
so more than 1 user can use same request number depending on the requirement.
