Transport release error

Hi I released a tranport in dev ..... getting an error in qa and prod. The error code is 8 and it says " generation of programs and screens. I have a function group in the request i chekced it and its all active.

can you please help me with this ?

quite possible na INCLUDE Program of the Function group is missing.. Double click on the line with return code 8 & see what the detailed message says..

go se80 and check whether any inactive objects

or missing includes.

Hi MG,

Try while doing this...

goto SE09 and dispaly the transport request then choose Request/Task-> Overall Check -> Object.

Here you u know if there any problem with the attached objects.

try to activate the objects in dev system and transport it again..
