You can delete the object from the change request in SE09 and assign again to a new workbench request uisng RSTXTRAN.

I Think you have to run the program RSTXTRAN for transporting standard texts.

Hi,
Delete the Request which is local from SE09 or SE10 , and again save the Include it will ask for New Request , this time you create new one Try transporting this one .

Normally for any transport request created it will have a target system associated with it. You can see this in the properties of transport request.
In your case there is no target system assocated hence it is been assiged under local change request. Assign your request to target system like Quality system.
Target system configuration will be done by basis person.

Hi,
1. First Delete the old task and then the request through SE09/SE10.
2. Go to that include and save and assign a new request.
3. Now Transport the same

your include may be a local object. You have to assign a package other than $TMP.
