Just use this link for transalation:

Select German to English option in the dropdown.

Put the German text in frist box and click Translate then it displays English version.

Hi,

while fetching the data. chose the language i.e. SPARS as EN,

i.e. put where condition for SPARS.

Hi,

There is field Language Key, for EN there is text in english.

For the text in German, you can translate using google -> Language Tools
