How to transfer data from dev to quality?

Goto SE80 (Object Navigator)

Click on Edit Object button.

goto the "Development Coordination" Tab.

Select the Package Radio button and give a new package name.

and click on Create button.

enter the short description

and in the Application Component select

BC -

Basis Components

BC-ABA -

---

ABAP Runtime Environment

BC-ABA-LI -

---

List Processing

Software component -

Home

Package Type -

NOT A MAIN PACKAGE.

In the next window create a new Request Number.

Go to SE38:

Give the 'Package' created in the program save menu.

Transport this request from SE09 (Transport Organiser)

Click the Display.

Select your Request number in the list.

Check for the sub request numbers and click on the Transport button.

now select the main request number and click on the Transport button.

Now the Request is transported to the Quality.

Log in to the Quality system and import the transport.

Hi ,

For transporting the request,goto se09->display.

Select the request that u want to transfer,but first release the task there by request.

once this is done go with STMS->go with refresh.

select the same request.go with import.

then u need to specify the quality username and password .

then it will b there in quality.
