In earlier versions se09 used for workbench request (client independent)and se10 used for customizing request
(Client dependent) and SE01 is extend view of both workbench and customizing request.
But in 4.6(not sure) but 4.7 se09 and se10 are same and has both workbench and customizing request and se01 is the extend view of the same like you can directly enter the request number and display the details of the same or get list of request created by user in particular client, etc.

Hi Vinoth,
SE09 and SE10 is almost same nowadays in earlier versions of SAP
System SE09 and SE10 (Client Independent) is used differently..
SE01 is Extended Transport Organizer where you can see all the details
About your object like piece list, client etc .

Hi,
In earlier they are used to creat seperate request for customizing and workbench.
But in newer versions there is o such thing as both are same and the se01 is the extended view to view all the reuests individually and their transport details..
Cheers,
