HI

I am creating a transaction for the report , may i know the stpes to follow.we can be created in se93.can u pls let me know abt the options (eg. like report and screen dialoug screen, report and selection screen ) and the SCREEN NO i have to assign and how to assign it to the favouriate menu at the sap easy access menu ??

Hi,

IN se93.

while creating the Transaction code for report

Choose the radio button <b>report and selection screen</b>

and specify the report program name and screen number as 1000. and save it.

now you can use that TCODE.

Hi

If you have to create a trx for report, choose: report and selection screen and assign 1000 as screen.

If you want to assign the trx to favorite menu: go to Favorites->Insert transaction.

If you want to assign the trx to SAP menu: run trx SE43N and change the menù S000.

It's better to change the std area menù by enhancement

Hi,

Assuming that you are creating a transaction code for an report.

Follow the steps,

1. Go to SE93.

2. Specify a transaction name (ZXXXX).

3. Click create button

4. A dialog box will appear

5. Mention the short text

6. Select "Program and Selection scren (Report

transaction)" radio button (Since you are creating a

transaction for a report pgm).

7. "Create report transaction" screen will appear.

8. Enter the transaction text, program name, selection

screen of that program

9. Select the "Professional User Transaction " radio

button radio button in the "Classification" group box.

10. Select all the check boxes in the "GUI Support" group

box (All the check boxes are not mandatory, but check

all the boxes).

11. Now in SAP Easy access you can run your own transaction

hi,

Its simple.

For creating a TCode for your report goto se93.

Enter the TCode name and click on create.

Enter the short text for the tcode.

Choose the radio button report and selection screen.

Specify the report program name and screen number 1000.

Save it.

Done.

Hi,

Its really very simple....

Goto to Txn SE93

enter the Txn code and click create enter short text and click on the 2nd radio button which is for the report Txn then enter the prog name 4 which u wanna create the Txn code and tick the checkbox SAP gui for windows... save and activate...
