Whether there is a document of the SAP which recommends this.

Hi

I beleive this tcode SHDB is restricted to Developers not for end users.

SHDB is similar activity like scat-secatt, repeated mass activity

So this we can provide for temporary basis not for permanent basis daily users are not going to do mass activity some critical situation we can provide this. That is also depends for which activity they required. this will not suitable for all mass activates.

SHDB,SECATT OR SCAT is not recommended to have it in end user /all user roles.
