When i change data in item on transaction /EBY/PD data are not saved (specially in field CostCenter).

Where is the question?
/EBY/... is clearly some kind of add-on / IS transaction, so I doubt you'll find many answera in general ABAP forum. Make some effort to investigate in your own system.

Put debugger in CALL TRANSACTION keyword and check or raise a ticket to Kofax.
