Check in st03n.

Or

If audit is enabled in sm19 then use sm20 for the same for logs.

Sm19 is activated...Now I want to check if a transaction code has been used by a particular user for a specific date range.

What options do i need to check in Sm20.

Hi,

For getting logs sm19 should be activated before hand. In sm20

Give Date/Time

User Id

Txn code optional

With statistical analysis.

Tab->Security audit logs->Execute.

Make sure rsau* parameters are OK in RZ10.

Is this a serious question? Have you run SM20 and looked at the options?

Hello,

to find out one userid executed specific transaction during some specific date range- please use transaction ST03.

Enter this transaction in EXPERT MODE, then choose the WORKLOAD-TOTAL.

choose a month, week a specific day,and on the open menu below, choose your report(transaction profile or user profile)

for example-double click on a user will show all the transaction that where used by the chosen user on the specific period.

Hello vishwas,

This useful information takes a lot of place and the basis team delete this data every 3 months.

So, the earliest time that you have in the ST03 transaction is the earliest usage data available.

maybe it can be recover from archive.
