Thanks for the reply, but SM28 T-Code is for installation check. I am looking for Create Installation Facts. My requirement is using the BAPI_UTILINSTALLATION_CHANFACT which is for changing the installation facts. But our SAP instance has no facts created earlier so, I need to create one document on installation facts and the use the same in the BAPI to change.

what dop you mean by installation facts actually?? these are the other installation t code

1)SAINT Plug-in Installation

2)SICK Installation Check

3)SM28 Installation Check

4)SPIC Spool : Installation Check

I have gone thru the entries in ETTIFN and did not find any entries over there. So I am looking to create a document and use the same for change. But I am not able to find any info on how to create it. There is no BAPI for creating installation facts. That was the reason I am looking for a T-Code.
