You can get those details from CVERS table.

All main modules are installed by default, u can only check if the main customizing of those module is implemented or is not implemented.

there's no such transaction, the reason being: along a single business process various modules could be involved. how many of them you need depends on your configuration (customizing). since in the SAP core there are all of the more basic modules already implemented, you can only check in the configuration how many and which of them are in use.

go to transaction SPRO -> F5 -> Enterprice Structure -> Definition.

work your way through the entire tree. this may give you a rough overview of what is implemented (except CS, PP and a couple of others.)
