Please let us know what security request are u trying to track ?
In Solution manager if installed correctly of all scenarios, Change management and Incident management would be in line for such requests. So if a request for a change in auth orizations or any related requestes happen to enter via the ChArm route, then the related changes can be tracked.A bit of clarity can help us to check if it is something else u rlooking for ?

Hi,
It's user authorization request, eg. user to be able to use certain t-code in erp and in BI.
I would like to track those user authorization request and if possible to route for approval before making the changes.
Can you pls elaborate on ChArm route? what is that?

ChaRM is nothing but Change and Request Management. So if a specific user raises a request for a new tcode for his User matrix, the concerend manager raises the Issue and the service desk employee after confirmation can route it through Change management process. then it passes throiugh the normal procedure of an Approval manager approving the change, then the Basis guy working onthe change by adding this Tcode and so on and then to a Tester who tests this and finally to the User admin in Production who assigns the change to the User. All the steps and process inthis method can be traced in aChange management.. who approved it, who changed the roles, who assiged it..and the TR also can be traced as where can its status be known now..
