Hi Vani,

SAT transaction will point you easily weaknesses of your program.

Go to SAT (or SE30->new SAT) transaction, choose option SCHEDULE, create new measurement schedule where you assign your user, server etc. If you are not sure about other options, leave ANY. Specify number of measurements like 5, in case of there are more than single process in your program.

Then run your program as the batch and wait for results, that will be accessible from SAT - Evaluate tab. You can find much more about SAT measurements on SCN if you need.

Hi Vani,

In SAT tool you see net and gross time of all methods/functions that your program runs and that is what you need. You can sort results by gross time then you will see which blocks of code takes most time with all subsequent calls. Or you can sort results by net time to see most demanding single operations, like database statements or internal table processing. Please find out more about SAT as this topic was already discussed many times.
