Hi
can any real time abap consultants explain about the tools used in Real time?
Tools in the sense to manage a implementation project which can be used for communication between the project members.
For eg: When our objects are tested on Quality and the tester has a problem he would like to contact us...so how can he contact the technical people.....

2.HP-------HPNOW
3.LOTUS NOTES
4.OUT LOOK

DO REMEMBER TO AWARD POINTS IF FOUND HELPFUL..
