Hi Guys,

we have a customized table in both test and production environment.

In Production my user can choose more then 40 fields while in test the following warning message pops up: "Too many table fields for selection (max. 40). Can I somehow change it?

Thank you in advance,

Marta

Hi Marta - have you tried SE16N transaction? Looks like you may be using SE16

Hi Tammy,

this is not me but the AP accountant. In Production system they use se16 and in Production environment they are using se16 however they are able to choose more then 40 fields.

Unfortunately in test environment the above message pops up.

I tried to check some se11 details but can't find any possibility to change the fields possible to display there.

Thank you,

Marta - it is hard to say, since that is a custom table.

With SE16N you don't have a limitation like what is being experienced in SE16

Or S416N (available everywhere, SE16N is only in ERP R/3 ECC S/4)

With SE16, I'd like to know how the user can select more than 40 fields in the selection screen. Personally, I don't know how to overcome this technical limit !!! (and independent from type of system test/production)

My remark was just about what you said: "In Production my user can choose more then 40 fields".

Is your user actually using SE16 with more than 40 fields for selection (or is he allowed to debug and change values) Have you seen it yourself

Or was someone able to change somehow the generated report /1BCDWB/DBZFIELD_VAT_ALL ?
