To create an outbound interface.

I was asked to program an outbound interface, I have a clarification whether a BDC or BAPI should be fine in this place.

The interface should pull out data from a table and has to be transferred to a non-sap system.

This is done on a periodic basis.

Please advice.

Ask a specific quesion...this isn't a training forum. Do you have a development team lead that can give you some instruction?

I sought for clarification and not for training, whether BDC or BAPI should do fine.

Hi ,

BDC or BAPI would be applicable for inbound program.

For outbound you have decided on the type of interface , whether its a file based or idoc and then desing ur prg accordingly .
