Why can I not use UTC? What can I use instead?

LOOP AT gt_1 INTO gs_1.

CONVERT TIME STAMP gs_1-created_at

TIME ZONE ’UTC’

INTO DATE lv_price_date TIME lv_price_time.

WRITE: / lv_price_date.

IF lv_price_date IN s_date.

APPEND gs_1 TO gt_11.

ELSE.

ENDIF.

ENDLOOP.
