Hi Experts,

I got a one requirement in that requirement. we use RZL_READ_DIR this function module it consider only 10000 files from archive directory . So in archive directory have more than 10000 files . How to collect all the files in archive directory?(we are using 4.7version)

Please help me on above question.

You could enhance the FM or create a class to replace this code

Hello,

there are some other function modules available doing same/similar job. For example EPS_GET_DIRECTORY_LISTING and EPS2_GET_DIRECTORY_LISTING.
There is also a static method READDIR in class CL_FILE_UTIL which returns the entries of a given directory.

I could not find a limitation regarding the directory entries, so just give it a try...

In my 7.52 version the limit is 100.000, not 10.000 !

  IF NRLINES > 100000.
    RAISE ARGUMENT_ERROR.

We are using 4.7version. class is not available this version .any chance to increase more than 10000 files. We are using this FM(RZL_READ_DIR)

what about the other mentioned function modules (EPS_GET_DIRECTORY_LISTING and EPS2_GET_DIRECTORY_LISTING)?

If they also don't exist, then I guest the best option is to follow the suggestion of @frdric.girod by modifying the function module or create a modified copy.
