Go to SE63 and translate the languages accordingly

or

SE38->goto->text elements->goto->translations.

Hi

You need to translate all the text that you want in some other language using SE63.

and then once translation is done, you will see the translated text in the corresponing language logon.

if you are using a se38 program, you need not go to se63, you can translate in se38 only.

SE38->goto->text elements->goto->translations.

se63 is mainly used to translate text in sap scripts and smartforms as they cannot be directly translated as se38 programs.
