Template missing

Hi Experts, I am getting an error like(Template is missing : sap_sm_xls)  when I am trying to export to excel , Please advice how to resolve this.. Please find the attachment.. I already talk with my basis consultant..but they are saying it is not their issue! Thanks Abhay Manna.

I just typed sap_sm.xls into google and the first hit was this;

But, I guess you (or your basis team) could have done that yourself.

Try to check your micro setting in excel,bdw which version of excel you are using,plet let us know

Hello Abhay,

The link which Nick suggested would solve your problem.

Follow the link and change the template in your system and check.

Revert if it doesn't work ans still the problem exists.
