For technical specifiaction , atleast 1-2 days requires depends wht is ur object.
In u have functional specs , need not to ask anything to functional consullant, if functional specs r good.
U can ask if u have any dout or u want to know flow for that
object.
but once u clear flow/idea of object , output of object ,
U can prepare technical specs.

Hi Sri...
As per Technical Specs You no need to ask Functional help..
As Your company have to provide You the template of Tech spec. if not..
go thru this steps..
1. After completing your program.
2. The word file has to save with combination of FM and program name and version..
let say u r doing FI module it should be some thing like
TS_ZFI*****_ver1.0.
3. Then it word document just give your program name, created by whom, Requested by whom, wht is type of yur prg..
4.Then If your have a selection Screen take a screen shot of it and expalin the fields and explain the retrieval of data with steps carefully..
5. Then mention which FM's used and wht is the purpose of that..
6. And tables used...and Y they are used??
7. any t-code used...
8.If possible Flow chart...
9. And who is Responsible for this program..
10. And Finall Unit Test...
Simply we can say what ever You done to develop the program we explain in detail is called TS.

Hi
In Technical specification u just need to edit FS a bit..
Like u just have to fill slots related to technical part..
there must be some functional specification given as to wat needs to be done in tha particular object.
u just have to convert it technically..
that is u have to write in TO how can it be done technically.. which fields will be used..
wat logic will be used and all
thanks
