Hi,

Technical Spec is like Dataflow diagram.

what is data flow diagram - on seeing DFD, we can understand the flow of data .

Like that, using technical spec you can understand how the technical consultants solved the issue. There will be List of standard tables used , internal table created, form routine created. All technically related informations are availble in Technical Spec
