All the standard transaction codes are avaliable in tstc table, and where does ztransactions are get stored..

All transaction codes are stored in TSTC.

For search z-transactions - look at this table with mask TCODE = Z*

Apart from TSTC In table TADIR also you can get list of custom t-codes.

Thing is that you need to see all the custom t-codes give Z* & Y* And if any other custom namespaces in the object type field.
