Tcode VKM2 Time out

Hi all,

Apparently, user claims that tcode VKM2 has been time out when executing, and seek for performance improvement on VKM2. I found that tcode VKM2 is calling (using submit statement) Logical Database KMV (tcode VKM4) for data retrieval. However, I am not so sure how performace can be improved as user will just key-in the following value in the selection screen of VKM2:

a) Credit Control Area

b) Credit Account (Customer Number)

Note: I have advised user to key in Sales Document Number ranges in new customized ZVKM2 (by adding Sales Document in selection screen), but user is relunctance to key in as user may not know the Sales Document Number to be key in. What users want is just entering the Credit Control Area and Credit Account as they want to know what are the sales documents are being released from blocked.

Anyone has any ideas on VKM2 performance improvement?
