If you have the security audit log activated then use SM20

Otherwise use ST03N - though usefulness depends on how long logs are available for. Use the search for detailed instructions if you are not familiar with the transaction.

Hi,

If u want the list of tcodes used by user in R/3, then follow these steps

st03n->total->day->analysisview->user and settlement statistics->userprofile(dubleclick)

you will get list of all users,then double click on the user which u want tcodes pertaining to that user.
