Tcode SCPE_PQ1

I am trying to update data for tabe CPED_PRICEQUOT.  Data is updating in table but not reflecting in the table maintainance generator tcode

SCPE_PQ1. Please suggest how can i update data in SCPE_PQ1 from external file.

Also I need to track the log changes?

I already tried this FM, its updating Table not updating Tcode SCPE_PQ1 .

How do I update this tcode with data.
