tcode /saprcx/sfar IDOC issue

Hi all,

I have very urgent requirement.

In tcode /saprcx/sfar we have one identification tab where we are getting Application ID's as below.

We are updating Application object value for TICKET with the help of inbound IDOC using FM '/SAPTRX/IDOC_INPUT_EVMSTA'.

We have added the segments for both TICKET as well as SALESORDER but when in WE19 we are updating the values for

TICKET and SALESORDER , only values for TICKET are getting updated but not SALESORDER.

Secondly client also wants to add line item from IDOC itself for SALESORDER like it is getting added for TICKET.But right now I am adding manually.

has anyone came across with such issue?
