Tax code missing account key

Hi

If I use FM BAPI_ACC_BILLING_POST then I got message "Tax code I3 requires MWS as the account key".

In customizing it is definied and I set in parameters BAPI acct_key = 'MWS'.

Maybe I don't added some extra parameters to it?

I found note 333424 and it resolved this
