CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THE TABLES NAMES WHICH HAVE 'SHIP TO ADDRESS' AND 'DELIVERY NO.' AND 'SALES OFFICE NAME' IN IT??

Ship to party on the delivery can be found in VBPA. In VBPA you will likely find a value for ADRNR as well. If so, the address can be found in ADRC where ADDRNUMBER = VBPA-ADRNR.

If VBPA-ADRNR is blank, get the address from KNA1 where KUNNR = VBPA-KUNNR.
